Cancellation & Refund Policy
 

Equality 4 Black Nurses (E4BN) is a nonprofit community organisation.

All membership fees and donations directly support our mission to advocate for fairness and equity.
 

By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following terms:
 

  1. Membership Fees Are Nonrefundable

    All payments made to E4BN are final and help fund our nonprofit initiatives.
     

  2. We do not offer refunds for any subscription periods, including partial months or unused services.
     

  3. Cancellation Process

    To cancel your membership, you must submit a written request (via email) at least five (5) business days before
     

  4. your next billing date. If we do not receive a timely cancellation request, your membership will renew, and

  5. you will be responsible for the applicable charges.
     

  6. Effective Date of Cancellation

    Once we confirm your request, your membership will end on the last day of your current billing cycle.
     

  7. You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles.
     

  8. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

    If you have any concerns about your subscription or fees, please contact us directly. We reserve the right to
     

  9. dispute any chargebacks if the above cancellation procedure has not been followed.
     

  10. Policy Updates

    E4BN may update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and become
     

  11. effective immediately.
