Institutionalised racism within Healthcare is a serious and insidious problem, which leads to discrimination. Many Black Health Care workers have become so deeply oppressed that they are unable to recognise or verbalise their feelings and often have difficulties expressing what they are experiencing.

"Equality 4 Black Nurses" aims to prevent and reduce inequality and discrimination within the healthcare sector.
