E4BN Christmas Celebration 2026
Swap the Scrubs for Sparkle

This December, we are making time to celebrate the people who make our community extraordinary.
Because Our Community Deserves to Be Celebrated
At Equality 4 Black Nurses (E4BN), we spend much of our time standing alongside healthcare professionals through some of the most challenging moments of their careers.
We support one another, challenge injustice, celebrate victories and continue working towards a fairer and more inclusive healthcare system.
This December, we're coming together for something special.
For one evening, we're setting aside the pressures of work to enjoy each other's company.
Come dressed to shine and ready to make wonderful memories together!
An Evening of Glitz, Glamour and Good Company
On Saturday 12 December 2026, E4BN invites you to join us in London for a Christmas celebration filled with warmth, laughter, elegance and togetherness.
We'll begin with a welcoming drinks reception, giving guests the opportunity to mingle, reconnect with familiar faces and make new friends before enjoying an evening of delicious food, live music, entertainment and wonderful company.
With live music and good company, there will be plenty of opportunities to dance, reconnect and enjoy the evening.
Above all, this is a chance to recognise the people behind the work we do.
Dress Code: Glitz & Glam
This is your invitation to dress up and shine!
Whether it's an elegant evening gown, a beautifully tailored suit, dazzling accessories or your own interpretation of glamour, we want you to feel fabulous.
Tonight, the spotlight is on you!
More Than Just a Christmas Party
For many healthcare professionals, the journey towards equality and justice can sometimes feel isolating. That's why bringing people together outside of difficult circumstances is so important. E4BN is not simply an organisation people turn to when something goes wrong. We are building a community where friendships flourish, experiences are shared, achievements are recognised and everyone feels valued.
This evening is about celebrating the people behind the uniforms, the resilience of our community and the strength we find in one another.

A Message From Our Founder
"At E4BN, we spend so much time supporting others, challenging injustice and helping people through difficult experiences that sometimes we forget to celebrate ourselves.
This Christmas, I want us to come together, dress up, laugh, dance, enjoy good food and live music, and remind ourselves that there is so much more to our community than the challenges we face"
Bring your sparkle, your joy and your dancing shoes. Let's make some wonderful memories together!
I look forward to celebrating with you.
